Mrs. Kain Mahoney, of Ladoga, was found dead at her residence on Wednesday, Feb. 20, having died of heart trouble. She was found by her friends, who had been making calls daily to administer to her wants. Mrs. Mahoney had been a resident of this county for over fifty years. She was born in Ireland some eighty years ago. The funeral was held Sunday at 12 o’clock from St. Bernard Catholic Church. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery. Her children, J. A. Mahoney and Mrs. Thresa Clark, of Deming, N. M., arrived Saturday.

The funeral of Mrs. Bridget Mahoney of  Ladoga was  conducted Sunday at St. Bernard’s Church. The burial took place at Calvary cemetery.  Mrs. Theresa Clark, daughter of the deceased who came in from Deming, New Mexico for the funeral will remain a couple of weeks.
